Here at Insight Enterprises Ltd we want you to be delighted with our products and the experience you have purchasing them.

We have gone to great lengths to ensure our purchase process is easy, safe and enjoyable.
Before you can buy from us, you have to register your details; this makes sure we can provide a quick and easy web store for you.

 

Registering with Insight

Click on the log-in button at the top of the screen, here you can register for the first time, you will not need to do this again.
As a New Customer you will see 'Click here to register now..', just click this and you can begin to enter you details.

Choose a Log in name and password, then enter you Personal Details.

You don't have to worry about these they are kept safe on our very secure server.

Then click the Submit Application button.

You will then be taken to your shopping Cart - this will of course be empty, but you are ready to start shopping.

You will notice that you are now logged into the site and your details are shown at the top of the page welcoming you to the site. You can edit your Personal details here at any time.

You will be sent an email, thanking you for registering with Insight and containing all your registered information.

 

Buying from the site

When you purchase something from the site, a green drop down banner will appear to show you your purchase has been recorded and 'placed' into your Shopping Cart.

Please note all prices are quoted excluding Vat, which will be added later.

Go to the Check out.

When you have finished shopping and added all the items to your Cart, you will be ready to proceed to the Check out.
We have made it easy for you to do this. You will notice that there is a tab on the right hand site of the page that is always there, to make it easy for you to Go to the Check out without having to scroll to the top of the page.

Simply click the tab.

You will be taken to the Delivery Section of the Check out.

We want every step of you shopping experience clear and easy, so this first section shows all delivery costs, we offer free delivery on a shopping cart over £80.00 plus Vat and a small delivery cost for below.

Here you can check your delivery address and make sure you are happy with the delivery costs prior to purchase.

Then Click 'Continue Check out>>' to proceed.

Select Payment Method

This next stage you can confirm Payment type, if you have an account with us you can select to purchase your items on account and be invoiced later.

If you don't have an account with Insight, you will need to pay by Credit Card or PayPal.

Then Click 'Continue Check out>>' to proceed.

Order Confirmation

Now you get to check your order, make sure you address is correct.

If you want to add comments, please do so here, we always take note of you comments and do what we can to facilitate you.

When you are ready to proceed don't forget to read our terms and conditions and click the tick box.

Then Click 'Continue Check out>>' to proceed.

Secure Payment

You are now taken to our highly secure payment section, you will notice that your browser is showing the secure padlock, this means that you are in a highly secure encrypted web page.

Now select a credit card type or PayPal.

And you will proceed with you payment in the usual way.
